WHAT border security!?

More useless illegals to feed, clothe and house at a time of increasing unemployment and economic stress?

I trust you all had a meaningful and dedicated time of remembrance during last weekend's Anzac Day. The day when we remember those who not only believed in border security but actually did something about it and for many, made the ultimate sacrifice to maintain it.

Shame that we now have a government who obviously show by way of their actions that those very sacrifices were nothing more than an historical anomaly and that the borders of Australia are free to cross by all those who will firstly pay big money to an enterprising drug dealer for a spot on a floating coffin -- also those who luckily make the journey of death and are then expected to be believed by our authorities as long as they remember the political party in power at the time of arrival.

Media report here

Yes, I will make it clear, the softening of our processing of ILLEGALS has given rise to more and more of these people jumping the legal queues of those who deserve to come to the greatest country on the planet and thus denying those folk an allocated spot.

This trade in people smuggling is just as despicable as any drug dealer and thus the cargo should be treated in the same manner. No tolerance, no listening to the lies of hardship from people who are simply country shopping for the best bargain on the planet and that is the deal being sold to the third world and other places by, you guessed it..the Rudd Labor Government.

Our previous PM John Howard, did at least reduce the numbers by sending the tough message "Come here illegally and get caught, it's detention behind razor wire and then a trip back to your original place of departure", instead of "Come here illegally and we will process you quickly in comfort and caring surroundings so
that we can resettle you in Australia and get you on to the social security merry-go-round as a soon as possible....remember vote ALP"

Gallop's Going Grey Quickly

Yes, it's the silly season down under and always at this time of year, almost certain to be in the news from week to week.

Footballers in a boozy brawl

Incredible that the NRL doesn't put a zero tolerance blanket booze ban on all 1st grade players during the season !?! especially following this latest episode of stupidness.

Considering that David Gallop's most nervous time of the week must be scanning the Sunday morning paper, so why hasn't he ruled on this? David Gallop has been the Chief Executive Officer of the National Rugby League since February 2002.

I think it's simple, you want to play in the greatest game in the world at the elite level then you MUST forgo alcohol until you are out of the playing season, play or drink? that is the choice. Why these young men who have worked so hard for so long in their lives to get to this level surely can see that a few months of no booze would not be a great sacrifice considering the more important sacrifice that they make daily and that is to train like a b*stard and to spend the huge payments that they make wisely and preferable in preparation for their own future.

I heard recently that a poll was carried out on these 1st grade players and they were asked what was their favourite past time when not playing or training? .......Video Games scored the highest response. Now that's a generalisation because I don't know how many were polled, who conducted the poll and what the percentage was that answered this way but I can sure imagine that this would be close to the truth.

Do you remember not so long ago when a 1st grade player, played the game for the love of it and the club, and not for the money? They all had full-time jobs/careers because they were smart enough to know that when the footy boots came off for good, that not all of them were guaranteed a regular job in the media as a commentator or a TV host. In saying that I also don't remember the players of the 60's 70's and 80's getting into so much drug, woman and alcohol related problems as they appear to be doing now on a weekly basis!... then again that might have a lot more to do with self discipline and respect rather than just boredom....don't get me started on that subject.

Best wishes, I hope your team wins as long as your team are the Sydney Roosters!!!

ARE THEY STILL OUR CHILDREN?

Normally the madness of the loony left aka the social engineers/Marxists who are hell-bent on this new one world/one think order are best laughed at and ridiculed when they want to impose their liberal mentally disordered ways on what is substantially still a free and democratic capitalist society based on Judeo-Christian values.

This time folks, there can be no laughing at this piece of politically correct doctrine.... Government wants under-fives taught to be politically correct

This is definitely MARXISM 101 and is about to become standard educational policy. It is the very thing that we must stamp out now or ignore at our very peril. That's the choice we have while we still have choices.

If such socialist thinking is to be accepted by the parents of this and the next generation as a normal part of a child's early learning then all I can say is it will not be long until the STATE will control more than just your children's minds. Soon the mental plaster-cast will be so set that nothing except a bloody revolution will overthrow the government that will control your very thoughts.

But by then who will be fit and able to fight this communist cancer? Not many of us will be left and those who are, will be so old or placed in institutions for the aged that there will be no chance of regaining the Australia and the free way of life that we have simply taken for granted.

This is why I will never vote for a political party that is based on socialist ideology. I wonder how many of you still would vote for someone like Julia Gillard who clearly has put the red stamp off approval on this policy on mind control.

MR POPULAR AND HIS FELINE SOLUTIONS

K. Rudd is now the most popular PM since Robert Hawke???

I still can't understand why Hawke was so popular anyway. He had a typical ALP low understanding of economics and contributed nothing to the greater good of this country. The only thing that he had was CHARISMA ! In fact that appears to be the pattern of all of these so called "popular leaders" in history. Evil and Good aside, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Mao, Pol Pot, Whitlam, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton all had huge narcissistic personalities and if we look at a few current day "Popular World Leaders" such as Al Gore, Rudd and Obama I can now start to see the link.

The true problem that we have as a society is not these ego-maniacal leaders , they will always come and go, the problem is our inability to commend and promote based on their individually proven ability and talent to get the job done as we see it in this Western democracy. Unfortunately the brain drain which started in the sixties via the "Useful Idiots" in Hollywood and now in the Television and Radio and Newspaper industries (let's just say the entire mainstream media and entertainment world) has changed our very perception and ability to recognise a fake from the real and to idolise people because of the manner that they project themselves in the celebrity and political world to the masses.

A good friend introduced me to the following speech from a better man than those that we hold up as leaders today. It speaks clearly of today's politicians and industry leaders that we have allowed to brainwash us for so long. I hope you agree, because if you do then I can still see hope for the future of our way of life a better way of life than the alternative.

Oliver Cromwell's Speech on the Dissolution of the Long Parliament, Given to the House of Commons

20 April 1653

It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonoured by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money; is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? is there one vice you do not possess? ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter'd your conscience for bribes? is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

ye sordid prostitutes have you not defil'd this sacred place, and turn'd the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievances redress'd, are yourselves become the greatest grievance. Your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse this Augean stable, by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings in this House; and which by God's help, and the strength he has given me, I am now come to do; I command ye therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place; go, get you out! Make haste! Ye venal slaves be gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors. In the name of God, go!

Yes, but only we can make them GO !

Cranky Kev

The Honeymoon's over Baby

Pre-election 07 we were bombarded with the images of a man who was not only a devoted Bible toting (more symbolism, he can't be taking in the verses) Christian but also a very un-A.L.P politician who claimed that he was was not like the rest but rather a "FISCAL CONSERVATIVE" and all of this painted by the -- let's face it -- more than supportive media.

Now the media would have you believe that this jet setting, celebrity loving P.M of ours is anything but opposite of what they claimed or at least swallowed during the honeymoon period of Election 07.

I would firstly like to examine his Christian principles. Here's a point, remember the SCORES NIGHTCLUB drunkenness incident in New York? Very Christian-like indeed! and now we have the man who not only abuses A.D.F female staff on his plane over a trivial issue of food during one of his many, many flights around the world.....

He has a serious problem with applying a sense of decorum and style and or patience when dealing with his personal staff -- many of whom have resigned from his employ -- on average of one a month since he took office...

With all that said I would now refer to his claimed fiscal conservatism. I can not see how a man who is already 52 billion dollars into our national surplus in just 16 months of taking office and who is already planning a third raft of welfare increases and public bailouts whilst not making any attempt to review tariff laws, business tax regulations, banking regulation or assisting in the reintroduction of some true national industry incentives can for a minute claim to be what he says.

Therefore the old cynical adage of "Trust me, I'm with the government" has never before shone so brightly RED as we prepare to set sail into more asset sell-offs. And this time it's to his Communist Chinese mates just North of us.

I was willing to give this man a go but as I see it, time is up and the verdict is in on a man who I see will be known as a true Socialist Prime Minister bent on making us a republic before his end in office and a bloke who conned a nation when times were still good with fluffy pseudo-science crap such as ratifying Kyoto and when times were tough appearing as the saviour of the working man. Says a lot about our joint Australian consciousness when K Rudd is currently leading the preferred PM poll at a record pace!!!

I guess all you really do need to gain power in this country is to baffle them with B.S, throw the masses a few bucks and appear to be Obama's best buddy.

The blackout State

I assume that if you drive a car and expect it to start up and run well every time that you use it, that you understand the basic principle of regular maintenance ?.....of course you do !

It seems though that our elected leaders in New South Wales haven't quite grasped this concept.

See media report here

Probably because most of them are driven around in vehicles that they don't own and thus don't they have to worry about such things. I wish that was the truth of it. I believe the real truth is simple NEGLECT and a misguided sense of priority and forward thinking, a true lack of caring for the state.

Sure the NSW ALP has been guilty of this for over a decade. However my broad brush generalization applies to both political parties when it comes to wasted and deliberate misuse of taxpayer money, not to mention the continuing oligarchical rule of senior bureaucrats in the so called public service.

When the Liberals are elected I see no real chance of them being able to come close to repairing so many years of infrastructural neglect in just one election cycle. The state is broke and the top end of the halls of bureaucracy will never give way to any innovation or a change in the culture that they have so insidiously engineered.

Get use to if folks this is the just the start of the decay.

Big Australian miner to be taken over by China?

Media report here -- Noting that Rio Tinto is heavily in debt and wants Chinese investment in it to escape that debt

I guess if you've been living in another part of the world for the last 40 years you can be excused for not knowing that Australian Prime Ministers do have a tendency to sell their way out of fiscal trouble. The old saying, "We've sold the farm" has never been more apt than today but now we can "progressively" amend that saying to..."We've sold the farm and everything underneath it."

"Sorry kids, you once had an inheritance but you see back in 2009 the PM at the time thought it would be a good idea to sell our unique and vast mining wealth to a country that has no political or ideological allegiance to us. Actually, China was one of our largest customers and as you know is now running the shop."

Treasurer Wayne Swan has expressed reservations with the sale of Rio Tinto to the Chinese Government run concern CHINALCO but a deal is still possible. Swan should be doing all in his power to prevent this sale from occurring but he is between a rock (K Rudd) and a hard place (massive foreign debt). If he has the brains and the bottle to find another way without selling our future and in my opinion "our sovereignty" then he should be remembered as a great Australian.

K. Rudd is definitely a clone of his mentor, the disgraced ex PM Gough Whitlam, right down to his RED undies (which are no doubt made in China) and will be remembered (considering who will write the history books) in such a manner but somehow I just don't think he cares. A wealthy man who will have achieved all he wanted in life and ideology, hammocking on the ex PM payroll until the day he dies.

To think that an Australian born and raised man would sell out his own country of freedom, capitalism and democracy to a nation that holds a strong and very opposite ideology is again one of the great stories of shame that our children and their children will be telling for years to come.......that is if they are permitted to have open discussions.
